From Abyntek Biopharma we want to thank all the researchers who have participated in our program: Abyntek Finances Your Project. We want to congratulate Alberto Benito Martín, from the Alfonso X el Sabio University as Principal Investigator of the selected project and his research team.
Thanks to their trust in Abyntek Research Reagents, our own line of bioreagents for research, we will allocate €1.296 in reagents to finance their research project. This initiative is part of the Abyntek Biopharma Corporate Social Responsibility program, through which we materialize our commitment to Cancer research, allocating resources to finance and facilitate the work of research teams.
The project that Benito-Martin leads, it’s involved in the study of the role of innate immunity in the tumour microenvironment associated with cancer through the extracellular vesicles. As cooperant entities are involved, Fundación Jiménez Díaz, Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) and the Universitary Hospital Severo Ochoa.
Soon, we will publish in our blog the interview and the research summary that Alberto Benito Martín’s team is carrying out in the study of exosomes in pathological situations, where their use as possible biomarkers, diagnostics, and therapeutics are the ultimate goals of their research.
