description :Human EMMPRIN/CD147/BSG ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human BSG in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA), saliva, urine and human milk. Sensitivity: 2pg/ml.
Cell localization :Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Melanosome. Colocalizes with SLC16A1 and SLC16A8. Identified by mass spectrometry in melanosome fractions from stage I to stage IV.
Storage conditions :Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
