description :Human MPO/Myeloperoxidase ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human MPO in cell culture supernatants, cell lysate, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA), saliva and urine. Sensitivity: 10pg/ml.
Cell localization :Lysosome.
Storage conditions :Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
Assay inforation :For serum, dilution ratio is 1:20 and concentration is 68-172 ng/ml. For plasma, dilution ratio is 1:5 and concentration is 2.31-34.08 ng/ml.
