description :Human IL-37/IL1F7 ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests). Quantitate Human IL37 in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Sensitivity: 10pg/ml.
Cell localization :Cytoplasm, cytosol. Nucleus. Secreted. Stimulation with IL1B leads to colocalization with SMAD3 mostly in perinuclear regions. Only the CASP1-cleaved mature form translocates into the nucleus upon LPS stimulation.
Storage conditions :Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles (Ships with gel ice, can store for up to 3 days in room temperature. Freeze upon receiving.)
