description :Interleukin-37 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (Lys27-Asp192) and having a molecular mass of 18.6kDa. The IL37 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Cell localization :Cytoplasm, cytosol. Nucleus. Secreted. Stimulation with IL1B leads to colocalization with SMAD3 mostly in perinuclear regions. Only the CASP1-cleaved mature form translocates into the nucleus upon LPS stimulation.
purification :Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage conditions :Lyophilized IL37 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL-37 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
